Description : Invitation to Bid for
Supply, Delivery and Installation of Solar Street Lights at PNR Crossings and Flagstops

1. The Philippine National Railways, through the GAA 2018 thru Special Provision GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand One Hundred Two Pesos (₱6,734,102.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Solar Street Lights at PNR Crossings and Flagstops. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine National Railways now invites bids for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Solar Street Lights at PNR Crossings and Flagstops. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
