The CITY GOVERNMENT OF CABANATUAN through its Bid and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake Small Value Procurement for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR LIGHTS in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act No. 9184.
