Description : 1. The Municipality of Daram, through the 20% Development Fund-2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos only (Php4,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Solar Electricity at the Municipal Building (Phase I), Poblacion 1, Daram, Samar, GOODS-GEN.SUPPORT SERV. 2025-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Daram now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods including the installation of Solar Panel is required by 90 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
