Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND
INSTALLATION OF SERVER
INFRASTRUCTURE FOR DSWD
FIELD OFFICE V
1) The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office V, through the
NGA, General Appropriation Act CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million
Pesos Only (₱5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF
SERVER INFRASTRUCTURE FOR DSWD FIELD OFFICE V/IB GOP
2025-DSWD-030. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected
at bid opening.
2) The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office V using the
procurement strategy of Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required
within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed,
within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts
similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
