INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF REVENUE GENERATION AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

1. The Municipality of Tabontabon, through the Loan Proceeds intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Pesos (7,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for 06-40-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Tabontabon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 cd. Bidders should have completed, within 60 cd from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
