Invitation to Bid Supply, Delivery, and Installation for the
Repair/Maintenance of Government Facilities MSWDO at
Poblacion, Mogpog

1. The Municipal Government of Mogpog, through the Supplemental Budget No 2. FY 2025
intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE PESOS ONLY (P217,723.00) being the Approved Budget for
the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation for
the Repair/Maintenance of Government Facilities MSWDO at Poblacion, Mogpog Bids received
in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Mogpog now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of
Materials. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have
completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar
