1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the AB CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Pesos (Php 1,000,002.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Rental for Light, Sounds, Videowall & Services for the use of Provincial Activities- PAO with Purchase Request No. 25-C0104 under Bid No. B-25-0022. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by As per Activity. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
