INVITATION TO BID FOR

SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF RADIO REPEATER SYSTEM AT BRGY. POBLACION-LGU POLILLO QUEZON

1. The Municipality of Polillo, through the Annual Budget 2025 (5% Calamity Fund) Approved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Polillo intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 460,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Radio Repeater System at Barangay Poblacion LGU Polillo Quezon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Polillo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 45 calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
