Description : I. BACKGROUND

Per Ordinance No. 8635 dated April 27, 2020 of the City Council of Manila, the Universidad de Manila (UDM) was granted its fiscal autonomy and shall be treated as an independent and institutional department of the City of Manila wherein the management of fiscal, human resources, and all other assets shall be within its control.

The supply, delivery and installation of pumps at the Henry Sy Sr. Campus Building are essential to attain the stakeholders- operational efficiency. This will ensure that the building facilities (i.e., restrooms, kitchen, laboratories) have sufficient water supply.

II. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. All quotations must be typewritten in the company-s letterhead.
2. PhilGEPS Registration Number, Mayor-s or Business Permit, BIR Registration (Form 2303), DTI/CDA/SEC Registration and Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement shall be attached upon submission of the Quotation.
3. All quotations shall be considered fixed prices and not subject to price escalation during the contract implementation.
