Description : Philippine Normal University South Luzon intends to invite service providers for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of PNU South Luzon Back-Up Internet Service with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Four Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Pesos (Php 456,000.00).

In this regard, PNU SL invites all qualified suppliers/providers to submit their quotations not later than 1:00 p.m. of February 19, 2025, for all items described under the attached Terms of Reference along with the following requirements:

1. Latest Business/Mayor-s Permit
2. Valid PhilGEPS Registration Number/Organization ID/PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration
3. Latest Income or Business Tax Return
4. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (GPPB prescribed format), accompanied with proof of authorization if applicable
