Description : 1. The Polomolok Water District, through the Government of the Philippines under the Corporate Budget for the Contract approved by the Board for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND THIRTY THREE PESOS & 00/100 (PHP 1,300,030.00), inclusive of VAT and all other applicable government taxes, fees and other charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PB 25-16, SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF PIPELINES AND APPURTENANCES PACKAGE 1 (BRGY. KLINAN & BRGY. CANNERY). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.

2. The Polomolok Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 83 CALENDAR DAYS from receipt of Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
