1. The National Irrigation Administration - Magat River Integrated Irrigation System Division 1, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Four Pesos and Seventy Nine Cents (PhP 2,249,844.79) being the ABC to payments under the contract for P.R. NO. 2025-06-0105; Supply, Delivery, and Installation, of Parts and Accessories for Two (2) units of Volvo Backhoe (Crawler Excavator EC-210B and Mobile Backhoe EW-145B). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
