SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF OUTDOOR INFORMATION DISPLAY SYSTEM, BARAS, RIZAL

1. The Municipality of Baras, through the OFFICE OF THE MAYOR - CONTINUING (1061-3-01-001-12-034-04) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF OUTDOOR INFORMATION DISPLAY SYSTEM, BARAS, RIZAL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Baras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required after NTP. Bidders should have completed, within 15 Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
