Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND
INSTALLATION OF ONE (1) UNIT MULTI-ROLE POWER STATION

1. The Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office - Cordillera Administrative Region (DARRO-CAR), through its Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (₱5,000,000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of one (1) unit Multi-Role Power Station under PR No. 2025-08-125. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DARRO-CAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required within the period stated the Section VI - Schedule of Requirements of this bidding documents. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
