Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF ONE (1)
UNIT OF 12.7MM REMOTE CONTROL WEAPON STATION (RCWS) FOR THE
PCG
1) The Philippine Coast Guard, through the General Appropriation Act of CY-2025
intends to apply the sum of Forty-Six Million Eight Hundred Fourteen Thousand
Pesos (PHP46,814,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of One (1) Unit
of 12.7mm Remote Control Weapon Station (RCWS) for the PCG. Bids received
in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Philippine Coast Guard now invites bids for Supply, Delivery and Installation
of One (1) Unit of 12.7mm Remote Control Weapon Station (RCWS) for the PCG
using the Lowest/Single Calculated Bid (L/SCB) criteria under the Competitive
Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required within Five Hundred Forty-Five (545)
Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have
