The Southern Philippines Medical Center, through the Specific Budget of NGAs / Funds for the Calendar Year 2024 intends to apply the sum Three Hundred Thirty-Three Million Seven Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php 333,760,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, And Installation of One (1) Lot Robotic Surgical System 4-Arms Dual Console.

1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Southern Philippines Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by October 24, 2024 or 60 Calendar Days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
