1. The Government of the Philippines (GOP), through the RA 12116 GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT Regular 2025 CURRENT intends to apply the sum of PESOS: Nine Million Two Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Two & 50/100 (Php 9,274,492.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of New Variable Frequency Drive for Pump Panel No. 2 of Tripa De Gallina Pumping Station. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
