Description : 1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (DENR-PENRO) Palawan, through the approved FY 2025 Work and Financial Plan for Integrated Protected Area Fund (IPAF) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 4,400,000.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Mooring Buoys within ENMRPA with ITB No. pal-25-06-097. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (DENR-PENRO) Palawan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Vehicle is required within Ninety (90) Days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
