“Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Modular Workstations”
1.
The Department of Budget and Management (DBM), through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (P10,220,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Modular Workstations” (Project ID No. DBM-2025-17). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The DBM now invites bids for the above-entitled Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed within the period of February 18, 2020 to February 17, 2025 a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
