  The Supplier shall:
  1.Ensure the Procuring Entity that the
  instrument have its own Data
  Acquisition System for Data Logging
  2.Install the sensor/instrument on site
  3.Provide training on the operations of
  the instrument and use of its Data
  Acquisition System and
  Configurations
  4.Provide 1 year warranty for parts
  and services
  5.Provide factory calibration
  certificate of the sensor/instrument
  valid for 1-year
  6.Provide immediate replacement of
  the instrument for factory defect and
  damaged during transport/delivery
  7.Ensure the Procuring Entity that the
  unit can be calibrated onsite
