Western Visayas Medical Center through the Internally Generated Fund-Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Four Million One Hundred Forty Seven Thousand One Hundred Forty Nine Pesos and 27/100 Only (Php4,147,149.27) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Main Disconnect Switch, Replacement of Defective Automatic Transfer Switch, and Upgrading of Feeder Lines for 3x333KVA Transformers, IB No. 2025-028. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
