The South Cotabato State College, through the Fund 101: General Fund Capital Outlay-Machinery and Equipment Expenses, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php2,800,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF INTERACTIVE BOARD DISPLAY AND LAPTOPS TO BE USED FOR ACADEMIC AND ADMINISTRATIVE INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPORT OF SOUTH COTABATO STATE COLLEGE WITH THE PR NO. 12-2025-10-1243, broken down as follows:
