1. The Municipality of Badoc through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (1,300,000.00 )being the ABC to payments under the contract for “Supply, delivery, and installation of an industrial ceiling fan at Pres. Ferdinand E. Marcos Sports and Cultural Center”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
