Description : 1) The Police Regional Office 4A, through the PNP Trust Receipt Fund for July 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Nine Pesos and Twenty-Eight Centavos (Php 11,974,809.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, and Installation of ICT Equipment (S.M.A.R.T. Camp Solution)/PNP-PRO4A-G2503. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Police Regional Office 4A now invites bids for the abovementioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed within three (3) years a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
