1. The Bataan Peninsula State University, through the Retained Income Fund (RIF) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eighty-two Thousand and Eight Hundred Only (Php4,082,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of ICT Equipment, Furniture and Fixtures and Other Related Equipment for College of Medicine at BPSU Main Campus Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
