FOR GOV. CELESTINO GALLARES MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

1. The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital, through MYCA NO. BMB-B-18-0000016-TRANCHE 3 GAA 2021 CO intends to apply the sum of TEN MILLION PHILIPPINE PESOS ONLY (PhP10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF HYPERCONVERGED SERVER, NETWORK AND SOFTWARE under IB#2021-11-029. Bids received in excess of the ABC for the lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital now invites bids for the above caption package. Delivery of the Goods is required thirty (30) to sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
