Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF HOLTER MONITORING SYSTEM AND TWO (2) UNITS ECG MACHINE

1. The Cagayan Valley Medical Center, through the GAA /IGI intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand pesos (Php 1,200,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the “SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF HOLTER MONITORING SYSTEM AND TWO (2) UNITS ECG MACHINE.” Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The CVMC- BAC now invites bids for the procurement of the above-captioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
