1. The Batangas State University, through the Supplemental Budget FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Six Million Six Hundred Forty-One Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Nine Pesos & 49/100 (Php 26,641,859.49) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Furniture and Fixtures for STEAM Library at Batangas State University Pablo Borbon.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Batangas State University now invites bids for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Furniture and Fixtures for STEAM Library at Batangas State University Pablo Borbon.
