1. The Department of Trade and Industry - Caraga, through the Regular Agency Fund, FY 2025 General Appropriations Act, RA 12116, Specific Budget of National Government Agency intends to apply the sum of the following, being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Equipment for SSF on Magdiwata Multimedia Creative Services (MMCS) for MLGU - San Francisco, Agusan del Sur with IB No. 2025-12-09-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
