1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (PhP 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Equipment for Project WEBSYTE (Wireless Network Infrastructure for the Enhancement of Delivery of Basic Education to Support Young-Mind Tarlaqueño Enrollees) / B-G-2025-J-030. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
