1.The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Santa Teresita, Cagayan, through the 5% LDRRMF intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 590,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE LGU COMMAND CENTER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
