Supply, Delivery and Installation of Digital Sound System for the BCEZ Multi-Purpose Building (BCEZProc2025-125)

1) The Philippine Economic Zone Authority - Baguio City Economic Zone (PEZA-BCEZ), through the PEZA Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Seventy-Six pesos and Fourteen Centavos only (Php3,988,076.14) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Digital Sound System for the BCEZ Multi-Purpose Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Philippine Economic Zone Authority - Baguio City Economic Zone (PEZA-BCEZ) now invites bids for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of one (1) lot Digital Sound System for the BCEZ Multi-Purpose Building, SFB Compound, Baguio City Economic Zone, Loakan Road, Baguio City using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid.
