1. The Department of Education, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) VI, requests price quotation for the project Supply, Delivery and Installation of DepEd Seal with Lights, particularly described and detailed in the Project Reference, hereto attached as Appendix “A”.

2. Said quotation shall be received on or before 10:00 A.M. on May 23, 2025 by courier or by hand-delivery at the address given below:
