Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF DELIVERY TABLE
ITB No. 2025-59
1. The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital, through its Bids and Awards Committee and through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱10,800,000.00) being the Total ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Delivery Table, 3 units.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 120 calendar days upon receipt of Approved Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
