Description : The Service Provider (SP) shall:
- Submit a proposed detailed Work Plan which shall include installation and connectivity design/diagram from the tapping point to the server room and the detailed activities and work schedule as part of the submission of the bidding documents.
- Provide all necessary supplies and equipment that are required to set up the internet connection from the provider-s internet facility to the Server Room of the Information Systems Unit (ISU) at the Administration Building in PSC Manila and in Alpha Building in Philsports Complex, Pasig City. The connection should be a Gigabit Ethernet (GE) connection.
- Shoulder the installation and other administrative costs, as well as securing all necessary permits, if any, for the installation of the required services.
- Deliver IPv6-ready and/or compliant connection.
- Provide 24/7 Customer Service and Technical Support and provide an escalation list and procedure for reporting faults and outages, as well as diagnostic reports and updates in cas...
