Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF CUSTOMIZED SOFTWARE FOR THE LABORATORY INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

CONTRACT NO. LIMS-2024-08

1. The Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA), through the Capital Outlay for 2024 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Pesos (Php8,000,000.00) being the ABC for payments under the contract for the supply, delivery and installation of customized software for the Laboratory Information Management System with Contract No. LIMS-2024-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LLDA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required two hundred ten (210) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
