Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred Three Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Four Pesos
(PhP103,264.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply, Delivery
and Installation of Customized Acrylic Display Box for Mine 3 Coal Project (“Project”). The
items shall be delivered to PNOC EC, Bldg. Energy Center, Rizal Drive, BGC, Taguig City.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the
attached Technical Specifications(TS) for complete details. Please note that the bid/proposal
to be submitted MUST be complete. Incomplete bid/proposal will be disqualified.

Bid Proposals including the following may be emailed to e-bids@pnoc-ec.com.ph /
alvasquez@pnoc-ec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before February 28, 2025, not
