INVITATION TO BID
“Supply, Delivery and Installation of Cubicle with Built-In Drawer and Shelve”

1. The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro (PGOM), through the FY 2025 General Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (P1,004,800.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply, Delivery and Installation of Cubicle with Built-In Drawer and Shelve at PSWDO” (Ref. No. 119-2025). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
