The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Region 5 (BFAR 5), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (PhP4,000,000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract to be Bid (ABC) to payment under the Contract on the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Complete Set of Full Off-Grid Solar-Powered Paddle Wheel Aerators. Details are as follows:
