Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR

SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF CHRISTMAS LIGHTS FOR "PASKO SA MINGLANILLA 2025" THEME SET-UP AT MINGLANILLA, CEBU

1) The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA, through the Local Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 4,750,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF CHRISTMAS LIGHTS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Five (5) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed . Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
