1. The BANGSAMORO TRANSITION AUTHORITY - BARMM through the Government Appropriations Act of the Bangsamoro (GAAB) FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Two Thousand Four Hundred Ninety One Pesos (Php 2, 902, 491.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Audio Visual Equipment Charged Under Capital Outlay Appropriation for GAAB 2025 for STO and GAS, BTA-BARMM - TFB - IB- 2025-06-0013. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
