Description : SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE INSTALLATION OF BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
(EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY)

1. The Philippine Normal University, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million pesos and 00/100 only (Php 25,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, and Installation and Configuration for the Completion of the Installation of Building Management System (GD 2024-12-157). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Normal University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
