1) The Central Luzon State University, through the Funds 161, 164 and 101 for the year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Forty-nine Thousand Five Hundred sixty-six Pesos only (P3,249,566.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Airconditioning Units for the use of Various Offices in the University. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
