The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) Region III, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the following:

PROJECT: SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF AIRCONDITIONING UNITS FOR CHR REGIONAL OFFICE III
SUBJECT: PROJECT DETAILS, SCOPE OF WORKS AND SPECIFICATIONS
LOCATION: DMGC, MAIMPIS,CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA
APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT: SIXTY ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE PESOS (Php 61,535.00)

SCOPE OF WORKS:

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
All materials, equipment, tools, apparatus, appliances, accessories, transportation, labor, and supervision necessary for the entire installation of the subject project, as specified on the drawings and asked for in these specifications, shall be furnished by the Contractor/Supplier, ready for use.

All Contractors/Suppliers shall conduct an inspection prior to installation. Anything specified on the plans but not on the scope of work and specifications, and vice versa, must be brought to the attention of the Commission...
