Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE
A. PROJECT TITLE: PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND
INSTALLATION OF AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS FOR CGETDC
B. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT: Php 322,608.31
C. SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
The air-conditioning unit supplier and installation service provider will be required
to perform the following tasks:
a) Conduct detailed site inspections to assess installation requirements, including power load
evaluation, ventilation, and structural compatibility.
b) Prepare a comprehensive installation plan and timeline for approval before execution.
c) Deliver and install the air-conditioning units to designated offices or units based on the
distribution list.
d) Conduct a systematic testing procedure to ensure the working efficiency of the air-conditioning
units.
e) Deliver technical support and on-site maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal
performance of air-conditioning units.
