Description : The Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System-Corporate Office
(MWSS-CO) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will undertake the
Supply, Delivery and Installation of Air-Conditioning Units for MWSS.
2. The MWSS-CO hereinafter referred to as the "the Procuring Entity" now requests you
to submit price quotation for the procurement of the above-mentioned project, as
specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR) provided in the Annex "A" as attached.
3. The mode of procurement shall be through Small Value Procurement in accordance
with Section 34, Rule IV - Modes of Procurement of the 2025 Implementing
Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as
the "New Government Procurement Reform Act (NGPA).
4. All items listed in the specifications as stated in the TOR must be complied on a
pass/fail basis. Failure to meet any of the requirements may result in the rejection of
the quotation.
5. The Approved Budget for the Contract {ABC) is SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS (Php 700,000.00) in Philippine Currency inclusive of Twelve Percent (12%)
