Supply, Delivery and Installation of Air-Conditioning Units for DSWD FO VIII

Reference No.: DSWD8-25-12-020

1) The DSWD Field Office VIII, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Pesos only (Php3,498,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Air-Conditioning Units for DSWD FO VIII. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DSWD Field Office VIII now invites bids for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Air-Conditioning Units for DSWD FO VIII using the Proportionality Principle as Procurement Strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of confirmation of Notice To Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years (December, 2023 to December, 2025) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
