Description : INVITATION TO BID
1. The Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (DEPDev), Regional Office X, through its FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP), intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php1,175,000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Air Conditioning Units for DEPDev/RDC-X. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The DEPDev/RDC-X now invites bids for the supply, delivery, and installation of air conditioning units for DEPDev/RDC-X for FY 2026. Bidders should have completed a single contract equivalent to or similar to the Project, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
