The Bicol University, through the General Appropriations Act for the contract approved by the Board of Regents, intends to apply the sum of Eighty Thousand and 00/100 Pesos (₱ 80,000.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract to payment for the contract: Supply, Delivery and Installation of Air Conditioner to be used at BU College of Nursing.
The Bicol University now requests quotations from bonafide suppliers to submit proposals for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Air Conditioner to be used at BU College of Nursing.
Procurement will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement- an alternative method of procurement specified and prescribed under rule XVI - Alternative Modes of Procurement, Section 53.9 - Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement), of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the 2016 Revised Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as Government Procurement Reform Act.
