Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF AIR CONDITION UNITS FOR BPI MULTI-PURPOSE HALL

1) The Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI), through the Fund 156 AC FIXED intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php2,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Air Condition Units for BPI Multi-Purpose Hall. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI) now invites bids for the above project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years (from CY 2023 to present) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a single contract or an aggregate of at most three contracts similar to the Project to be bid, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
